The system of loadingbays and unloading equipment is a very important point in anyeconomic sector. For this reason, Inkema develops increasingly innovative solutions to
fully equip the loading bays with maximum safety and speed for the vehicles but alsoachieves remarkable expense savings.
Inkema loading bays are solutions designed to accurately compensate for the difference
in height between the surfaces of the different trucks and the loading dock levellers. In
this way, the truck can be loaded or unloaded in one horizontal movement.
Inkema also supplies different constructive systems. After conducting a previous study, we
offer the best solutions for each type of construction, installation and loading bay.

Our loading bays can be separated into three categories:
- RH11: Embedded Pit type. Dock leveller for those who want to start with a pit and a sub-frame.
- RH12: Self-hanging type. Dock leveller for those who prefer to install the leveller in a pit without a sub-frame.
- RH13: Box Model without letter box. Dock leveller for those who do not want a pit.
- RH14: Dock leveller with a specific height specially designed for the transport. The space inside the trucks is optimised, thus reducing the cost of transportation.
Hinged Lip Dock Leveller
Without doubt, the Inkema RH1 is the perfect solution for any loading bay. Its hydraulic tilting mechanism and hinged lip enables the dock leveller to cover the gap and height between the loading bay and the truck, allowing it to rest firmly on the loading bay.

Retractable Lip Dock Levellers
With these dock models you have longer platforms with a place in shorter loading bays.
They allow larger height differences between loading bays and truck platforms, as well as the distance between them.
- RH2: has a retractable lip of 500mm. Adapting perfectly to any loading bay.
- RH3: has a retractable lip of 1.000 mm. Especially recommended for isothermal installations thanks to its perfect seal.

- RH21/31: Embedded Pit type. For those who want to start with a pit and a sub-frame.
- RH22/32: Self-hanging type. For those who prefer to install the leveller in a pitwithout a sub-frame.

Special Dock Levellers
At Inkema, we design and manufacture special dock levellers of all types, such as the 12-metre long dock leveller, the Dual SR leveller consisting of a combination of lifting table and hydraulic ramp, and many more specific for each customer.
- RH65 Yard Ramp
The Inkema RH65 Yard Ramp is the most versatile leveller in the market. It is recommended for loading and unloading operations in industrial warehouses and premises with no dock facilities to allow the forklifts to reach the truck from ground level. Depending on the needs of each customer, they can be made in different lengths and with different loading capacities.

Free Standing Frames and Dock Houses
In addition, Inkema has designed a standard solution for free-standing frames, levellers and dock houses: the All in One solution. A solution that is customised for each client, for extending loading points without having to execute any addition building work. The All in One solution is comprised of a free-standing frame and an integrated dock leveller. It is installed optimally and rapidly thanks to its compact design that combines bench and dock leveller. All All-in-One solutions are compliant with EU regulations.

Inkema has developed a standard solution for free-standing frames, dock levellers and isothermal dock houses: the Hydraulic All in One Dock Leveller. A solution tailored to the customer who needs to expand their loading points and does not want to do additional work. All you have to do is decide its placement.

- The RH16 All in One Dock Leveller consists of a fully integrated free-standing frame and a hinged lip dock leveller. This solution is designed to ease the process of transport and installation.
- The RH26 All in One Dock Leveller consist of a fully integrated free-standing frame and a telescopic lip dock leveller.

Optionally, a dock house can be added to improve energy savings and the thermal insulation between building and loading bay. There are several types of dock houses suitable for isothermal tunnels: retractable houses, fixed houses, façade mounted houses and inflatable houses.
Inkema isothermal tunnels improve working conditions and goods handling thanks to their high thermal and hygienic insulation.

Always aiming to meet the needs of our customers with the best possible price, we have designed the standard isothermal dock house.
This dock house we have designed has precise measurements: 2,580 mm in length, 3,400 mm in width and 3,660 mm in height. But we also we manufacture dock houses for loading bays of any size according to the demands of our customers.
Customized Dock House.
Because we know that not all customers are the same and each requires a different solution, our Technical Department studies each case in particular with the utmost rigour and professionalism.
As in the other dock houses, only the structure can be supplied for the customer to adapt it to its façade, in sandwich panel, prefabricated concrete or veneer cladding apart from being able to choose the colour that best suits the installations.

Inkema loading bridges can be installed without the need for a pit, as they are designed for placing at the end of the loading bay. They are used to speed up the loading and unloading of medium-size and small goods. Depending on the model, they can be attached to the bay or moved laterally, thereby optimising the use of each unit. We also supply portable loading bridges that are easy to handle and appropriate for light loads.
Our folding loading bridges are manufactured in one piece and their aluminium or steel composition means that they contain no rusting elements.
The only difference between both systems comes from the installation in external mode, which requires a free-standing frame and an isothermal dock house to act as an external loading bay.

Manual Iron Loading Bridges
We manufacture two types of manual steel loading bridges: the Inkema PA1/PA2 and the Minidock. Also, we manufacture a Hydraulic Loading Bridge PAHI with a nominal load capacity of 6 tons.
In the two categories, their main advantage is that they do not need any type of pit for their installation.
The only difference between both systems comes from the installation in external mode, which requires a free-standing frame and an isothermal dock house to act as an external loading bay.

Scissor Lift Tables
The Inkema Scissor Lift Tables is comprised of a base on which the hydraulic equipment and articulated scissor mechanism rest. In turn, the top or working part of the table is articulated on those scissors. All designed and manufactured in accordance with European Community directives and in accordance with the above standard.
The only difference between both systems comes from the installation in external mode, which requires a free-standing frame and an isothermal dock house to act as an external loading bay.
Inkema divides its range of scissor lifts into three:
Double Scissor Lift Tables: Designed to achieve greater elevation and/or a larger load surface. Consists of a flat surface, two sets of scissors and hydraulic cylinders. There are 3 different types:
- Vertical (MEX2)

Dock shelters
The dock shelter is formed by a perimeter structure that supports a set of canvas sheets which fit onto the body of the truck.
This structure is available in aluminum or it can be galvanized, and may be:
- Retractable Dock Shelter
- Inflatable Dock Shelter
- Refrigerated Dock Seal
- Façade Flush Dock Shelter
- Fixed Dock Shelter
Optimal performance: All Inkema dock shelters offer different optional performances to allow customers to customize the shelter according to their needs and demands.
There are mainly three ranges for Inkema shelters: Variation of the projection of the shelter, height of the top canvas and the possibility of adding steel truck stops to the loading bay.
